What year is it, anyway? It seems the members of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences are feeling just as hazy, and perhaps nostalgic, as we all are post-holiday. After months of postponement due to the Hollywood actors’ and writers’ strikes, the Emmys are finally happening, and, just as with any deferred award show worth its salt, comes a delayed red carpet alongside it.
