We have worked hard at PRS for Music to create a culture where each colleague can bring their true selves to work and thrive. A place where you can have the work/life balance you need, whilst enjoying the social side.
Our flexible working practices ensure you get the best of both worlds, including hybrid working so you can work remotely each week. We know that not everyone has the perfect at home set up, that’s why we provide financial support to get your Wi-Fi up and running.
Our flexible working covers our hours too, you can work with your manager to find the hours that work best for you, as long as you are available for meetings when needed. We even provide the opportunity twice a year to work remotely, continuously for up to a month at a time, in the UK or abroad.
When we do get together it will be in our Central London Hub at Hay’s Galleria, London Bridge. Our collaboration hub will provide the perfect space for us to work together, share ideas and innovate. Plus enjoy lunch or a coffee together.
We love music and host events so we can socialise as a team and share our passion. From our legendary Christmas Gig to quizzes, drag queen bingo, comedy nights and team socials. We didn’t let Covid stop us, and we continued the fun virtually so we could all still connect and feel like a team.
Wellbeing is high on our agenda with a full programme of events, webinars, and initiatives, plus a team of Mental Health First Aiders to ensure we are happy, healthy and engaged.
We’ve been at the heart of the music business since 1914, representing songwriters, composers and publishers. To this day, we continue to make a significant difference on the international stage through industry collaboration, digital developments, influencing legislation and supporting new musical talent for the future. Our membership is 155,000 strong, and includes both some of the biggest names in music and the most exciting up and coming artists.
